Brasserie Max sets the lobby scene at the Covent Garden Hotel. Recently expanded to three times its original size, it is a relaxed and casual bar and restaurant. The menu is modern British with Asian influences and is ideally situated for pre-theatre dining being in the heart of Theatreland.
