Monty Python musical Spamalot returns to the West End at the Playhouse Theatre.
Lovingly ripped off from the 1975 film Monty Python and the Holy Grail, Spamalot tells the tale of King Arthur and the Knights of the Round Table in their quest to find the religious relic – and features a chorus line of dancing divas (with serfs), flatulent Frenchmen, killer rabbits and a legless knight. Songs include He's not dead Yet, Find Your Grail and of course Always look on the Bright Side of Life.
Spamalot ran in the West End at the Palace Theatre in September 2006 where it ran until the end of 2008. Since then it has toured the UK and played a summer 2012 season at the Harold Pinter Theatre.
