Little Shop of Horrors

Little Shop of Horrors will transfer to the West End’s Duke of York’s Theatre, where it will begin performances on 6 March prior to an official opening on 12 March. Director Matthew White's revival of Howard Ashman and Alan Menken’s 1982 musical will meanwhile continue its sell-out run at Southwark’s Menier Chocolate Factory until 25 February.

Based on Roger Corman’s 1960 cult comedy movie, the show takes place in a rundown flower shop on Skid Row. Geeky florist’s assistant Seymour Krelborn can’t get his co-worker Audrey to give him a second look. But when he discovers a talking, carnivorous plant from outer space, the shop’s fortunes—and Seymour’s—take a decidedly peculiar turn.
