Originally opened in 1874, the Grade II listed lavish space is steeped in history and romance. Under new ownership, the iconic dining room has undergone a gentle and sympathetic restoration of its spectacular interiors, adding warmth and softness to the space.
Head Chef, Matthew Foxon, has created a Modern European menu that is simple and luxurious, sourcing the finest and freshest ingredients from the British Isles, as such the menu changes almost daily. As much as possible is made in house; the brigade smoke their own fish, make their own pasta, ricotta, ice cream, sorbet, bread and butter.
