Alan Davies plays the part of an eccentric bachelor who is driven beyond distraction by his elderly aunt, who refuses to do the decent thing and die.
Auntie & Me also stars Margaret Tyzack who plays the role of the aunt. Davies has previously appeared in the West End in a number of stand-up shows, but this will be his first appearance in an acting role. He is most famous for his drole performances in television comedy-dramas such as Jonathan Creek and Bob and Rose.
Director Anna Mackmin directed In Flame in the West End and is Associate Literary Director of the Sheffield Crucible. Double Tony Award winner Andy Phillips will be lighting double Olivier Award winner Hayden Griffin's designs. Music is by Julian Swales.
