Whipping It Up

Steve Thompson’s scandalously funny satire, directed by Terry Johnson, blows the lid off the despatch box and reveals the secrets locked in the Whips’ safe. The new Tory government is facing dissent. With a majority of only three, the Whip’s office is out in force and they’ll stop at nothing to keep the strays in line. They’re in for a long night: boy scouts are rioting in Whitehall, the PM is golfing with the President and Tory rebels are on the loose. Is this then beginning of a leadership challenge?
