This one woman show features the extraordinary comic talents of Geraldine McNulty (My Hero, Ted and Alice, The Vicar of Dibley, Absolutely Fabulous) and tells the story of naive spinster Betty Buchnan whose eyes are opened where her washing machine spins out of control on her 49th birthday. Awakened to dizzying new heights of pleasure, the confused Bety sets off on a bizarre pilgrimage with hilarious and unexpected results in a desperate attempt to rid herself of her addiction to the spin cycle. McNulty brings to life a coachload of extraordinary souls, brilliantly observed, on an incredible journey of discovery.
