Presuming that her husband has been killed in the First World War, Victoria has quickly swapped her widow's weeds for a wedding dress and married his best friend. When her husband returns home expecting a hero's welcome things become a little awkward to say the least.

TV presenter Jamie Theakston returns to the West End, following a stint in Art earlier this year, as the cuckolded hero Frederick Lowndes, while his wandering wife is played by Victoria Hamiliton, who recently played opposite Eddie Izzard in A Day In The Death Of Joe Egg.
