You will need to present your LondonTheatreDirect.com confirmation at the venue in order to collect entrance tickets. Please ensure you arrive at least 30 minutes before the tour start time as the ticket office is some distance from the entrance point. The ticket office closes at 4pm sharp - thus customers needing to collect tickets for the 4:30 tour need to arrive by 3:45 at the latest.
