Tickets now on sale for Bells and Spells at The Coronet Theatre
Victoria Thierrée Chaplin's enchanting dance production Bells and Spells starring Aurélia Thierrée and Jaime Martinez is heading to London's Coronet Theatre right before the holiday season this December for a strictly limited, two-week run! The Off-West End Theatre production has already been critically acclaimed, with The Guardian declaring it "[perfection of] the art of the steal on stage."
The Victoria Thierrée Chaplin-directed show, Bells and Spells, returns to The Coronet Theatre for its official London premiere following a work-in-progress presentation at the 2017 Coronet International Festival.
What is Bells and Spells dance experience about?
Bells and Spells is a story about Aurelia Thierrée’s bizarre journey as a raging kleptomaniac who finds herself at the mercy of the various objects she pilfers. Soon chairs and tables begin to slide about, a coat hanger grows two legs and walks, a dress springs to life, and a wall opens up to unveil two dancers. With the help of heavenly imagery and many props, this magical physical theatre piece blurs the line between the fabulous and the bizarre. Neither reason, logic, nor sincerity has a say as dancer Jaime Martinez and Aurelia Thierrée lead you through a tale that combines a sense of enchantment with surreal-style humour.
Don't miss this unique klepto dance show that you won't find anywhere else! Book your London theatre tickets for Bells and Spells early to secure the best seats at The Coronet Theatre whilst stocks last.
