The sell-out Young Vic production of A DOLL'S HOUSE transfers to the Duke Of York's

Something glorious is going to happen… 
 
The transfer of A Doll's House from the Young Vic to London's Duke Of York's Theatre will mark Hattie Morahan's West End debut.  Her award-winning performance in the Young Vic's acclaimed production of A Doll's House, which will open at the Duke of York's theatre this autumn.
 
Directed by Carrie Cracknell, playwright Simon Stephens, the writer of The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night Time adapted this version of the Ibsen classic. 
 
Running for twelve weeks, the co-producers of the A Doll's House London production, The Young Vic haven't enjoyed a West End transfer for more than five years - and along with the success of National Theatre production Curious Incident, illustrates subsidised theatre's increased commercial interest in their productions.
 
Hattie Morahan was named Best Actress at the Critics' Circle and Awards and by the Evening Standard.
 
Morahan plays the character of Nora, famously the woman who walks out on her family. She us is once again joined by Dominic Rowan who returns as husband Torvald.
