"As you return home, to your home, think of others (do not forget the people of the camps)." - Mahmoud Darwish.

"We sink in our choosing to go along with the herd, wicked and enjoyable in its own right?" - Amira Hass.

What is A Letter To A Friend In Gaza about?

When our current events become history lessons for the children of tomorrow, what will they think about how we handled the world? Filmmaker Amos Gitai has compiled a unique and unforgettable multimedia performance that stars four actors — two Israelian actors and two Palestinian actors — who explore the root causes of the Israel-Gaza border conflicts. Combining music and poetry with film, A Letter to a Friend in Gaza pays tribute to Albert Camus, A French writer behind Letters To A German Friend, which aimed to locate a middle ground amongst warring peoples. In a similar fashion, Gitai aims to create a one-of-a-kind space for listening to those with opposing views and perspectives.

You don't want to miss the Off-West End run of this groundbreaking production of A Letter To A Friend In Gaza, showing at The Coronet Theatre in London for a strictly limited run of just six days.
