Book Yes, Prime Minister Tickets at the Gielgud Theatre, London

About Yes, Prime Minister

The award-winning comedy YES, PRIME MINISTER, makes it's final transfer back to the Gielgud Theatre in September.

Simon Williams and Richard McCabe star in this hilarious version written specifically for the stage by original writers Antony Jay and Jonathan Lynn.

Following a critically acclaimed West End run and a hugely successful national tour, Sir Humphrey Appleby and Jim Hacker continue their West End journey by returning to the Gielgud for the final few weeks.

Antony Jay and Jonathan Lynn reunited for this anniversary production and now the Prime Minister Jim Hacker, his Cabinet Secretary Sir Humphrey Appleby and his Principal Private Secretary Bernard Woolley are all back, in a brand new play.

The world, of course, has turned meanwhile. Spin has become an art form and the BlackBerry is the must-have accessory. Dossiers have been ‘sexed up’, the ‘special relationship’ put to the test and countless MPs have stood down to ’spend more time with their families’.
