London Theatre Direct Gift Vouchers are the perfect gift!

Gift Vouchers are redeemable against any available top price or discounted theatre tickets, theatre dinner packages, River Thames cruises and all our London attractions including Madame Tussauds and the London Eye. They come in multiple denominations of £10 and so can be used in more than one transaction if required. Any additional costs can be topped up by credit card if necessary. Vouchers are redeemed over the telephone with one of our agents, so it’s not a problem if your chosen recipient doesn’t have a computer. The telephone number to reach us is printed on the vouchers.

London Theatre Direct Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions

1. LondonTheatreDirect.com Gift Vouchers are sold in denominations of £10.

2. The Gift Vouchers can be used by recipients to purchase products by quoting the security code and contact information printed on the voucher.

3. The Gift Vouchers expire one year after purchase date.

4. The vouchers can be used as full, or part payment for tickets, but change cannot be given. The cost of a ticket exceeding the value of the vouchers must be paid by a credit or debit card.

5. Tickets purchased by the Gift Vouchers must be done so at least 72 hours before the event.

6. Vouchers are redeemable against theatre tickets, attractions tickets and pre-theatre dinner packages. They are not redeemable against hotel accommodation.

7. Please allow at least ten days delivery time from date of payment for vouchers.

8. There is a minimum value order of £10.00.

9. Gift Vouchers are non-refundable.

10. Gift Vouchers are not valid for bookings made through any of our affiliates and cannot be used at any other provider than London Theatre Direct. They may not be redeemed at the theatres or other venues directly.

11. Our standard terms and conditions of sale apply to all bookings made using Gift Vouchers.
