Alex Hammond

Alex Hammond ist ein in London ansässiger Musical-Darsteller, der in mehreren Produktionen durch Großbritannien tourte und auch im Londoner West End gearbeitet hat. 

 

Ausbildung:

Er besuchte die University of Leeds und erwarb 2011 einen BA Honours in Dance and Theatre Performance. Später absolvierte er einen postgradualen Kurs im Musiktheater an der Royal Academy of Music und schloss 2012 ab. 

Theater:

Zu seinen Bühnenauftritten gehört die Rolle eines Ensembles (Ersatz Billy, George und Marilyn in Christopher Renshaws Musical Taboo! The Boy George im Brixton Club House (Stage Entertainment, 2012); Cyril auf der UK-Tournee von Bill Kenwrights Musical Save The Last Dance For Me (Bill Kenwright Ltd, 2013); Ersatz-Adam Pontipee in der UK-Tournee von Patti Colombos Musical Seven Brides For Seven Brothers (Seven Brides Productions, 2013–2014); Leutnant Danny Gilmartin in Nikolai Fosters Calamity Jane am Watermill Theatre (The Watermill Theatre & Jamie Wilson Productions, 2014 – 2015); stellvertretender Resident Director/Swing in Charles Randolph-Wrights Motown: The Musical am Shaftesbury Theatre (Adam Spiegel Productions, 2016 – 2017); Graf Carl-Magnus in Paul Fosters A Little Night Music am Watermill Theatre (2017); Freddie Eynsford-Hill in Joseph Pitchers My Fair Lady at The Mill at Sonning (2017 – 2018) und The Escapologist in Matthew Warchus' Matilda: The Musical am Cambridge Theatre (RSC, 2018 – 2019). 

Film:

Alex spielte Scott in Mike Buonaiutos Kurzfilm Credence (Credence Productions Norfolk, 2015) und Richard in Matt Carters Spielfilm In From The Side (Take A Seat Pictures, London, 2019). 

TV:

Im Fernsehen spielte er Rocco Morello in Peter Fearons Doctors (BBC Studios, 2018).
