Let It Be played its 1000th UK performance in the West End as it entered the final part of its run. The show has just four weeks left to play at the Garrick Theatre and audiences have now just 38 more performances to catch this record-breaking production before it closes on September 5th.

Last night I was dancing away with all the vigour and inhibition that must have resembled Animal from the Muppets, and was singing my heart out like I was the fifth member of the Beatles. The reason for this could only be Let it Be at The Garrick Theatre.

The last time I visited the Garrick Theatre, it was to see The Scottsboro Boys, a tragic and haunting tale of racism and injustice in 1930s America. So the other night, when I was back at the Garrick for Let It Be, the atmosphere was ever so slightly more upbeat.

International smash hit Let It Be has announced a return to the West End's Garrick Theatre in 2015
Let It Be, celebrating the music of The Beatles, will return to London’s West End in February, celebrating its third year in the West End. Due to overwhelming public demand, Let It Be will then launch its second national tour in October, opening in Manchester and visiting over 30 cities including Liverpool, Edinburgh, Bristol, Milton Keynes & Southampton.

Let It Be, the international hit show celebrating the music of The Beatles, opened for a third run in London’s West End on 9th July for a limited 11-week run. The final performance at the Garrick Theatre will take place on Saturday 20th September, before the production moves to Blackpool’s Winter Gardens, and then embarks on a World Tour visiting Singapore, Malaysia, Germany and Switzerland later this year.
