With Bob and the Wailers blasting in my Marley headphones I make my way down to the Lyric Theatre for my latest outing to the West End. Entering the foyer into my stalls seat, the set is a sight to behold, booming speakers and flashes of light matching the tone of the music are a plenty.

Originally meant to be directed by Dominic Cooke (Follies, Clybourne Park), the upcoming musical on Bob Marley's life entitled Get Up, Stand Up! The Bob Marley Story will now be directed by Clint Dyer, who is perhaps best known for directing The Big Life at the Theatre Royal Stratford East and Death of England starring Roy Williams at the National Theatre in London.
