It has just been announced that campy, two-hander musical Hot Gay Time Machine will be transferring to London’s West End following a highly successful, sell-out run at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, for which the show won the Brighton Fringe Award for Excellence. Roll out the rainbow carpet! Gay theatre in London is about to get a whole lot more flamboyant!

Although you can expect to find all the clichés you know and love straight out of the gay dictionary, Hot Gay Time Machine is more than just an hour of campy fun. It’s an 'extravaGAYnza' full of singing and dancing that explores the many key facets of a gay man’s life. Prominent themes of the show include coming of age, coming to terms with your sexuality and coming out of the closet, a theme in which the starring duo dance to the tune of ‘I’m Coming Out’, because nothing says ‘Hey Mum, I’m gay’ quite like this timeless gay anthem from legendary gay icon Diana Ross! Hot Gay Time Machine is not without the hot either. Themes such as creeping in the boys’ locker room and having one-night stands with friends, complete with enough smutty talk to catch you off guard, really up the raunch factor.

Hot Gay Time Machine premieres at Trafalgar Studios on 27 November 2018 and is booking until 5 January 2019.
