Soldiers Tale (L''Histoire du Soldat). By Stravinsky, new Arabic/English translation by Abdul Karim Kasid and Rebecca Lenkiewicz. Opening 30 Jan 2006, following previews from 26 Jan - running to 4 Feb 2006. Tells the Faustian tale of a soldier who sells his soul to the devil in return for infinite wealth, and explores the concepts of evil, duality and temptation. (Performed with surtitles)

Resurrection Blues by Arthur Miller. Opening 22 Feb 2006, following previews from 14 Feb - running to 22 April 2006. Directed by ROBERT ALTMAN, Resurrection Blues, is a satire on the ways that media hype, with official lies, helps to sustain the rule of corrupt government. The play is set in an unnamed Latin American country, where a young revolutionary is captured by the presiding military dictator. General Felix Barriaux seizes the opportunity to improve the country''s finances by having the revolutionary executed and selling the television rights.
