Summer Strallen Joins Beetlejuice The Musical as Delia Deetz

Four-time Olivier Award nominee **Summer Strallen** is heading to the Netherworld, joining the cast of [*Beetlejuice The Musical*](https://www.londontheatredirect.com/musical/beetlejuice-tickets) as the eccentric and endlessly optimistic Delia Deetz for a strictly limited engagement in the West End.
**Strallen** will take over the role from **Aimie Atkinson** from 3 August until 2 November 2026 at the Prince Edward Theatre. Atkinson will temporarily leave the production to make her Broadway debut, reprising her Olivier Award-nominated performance as Katherine Howard in *SIX* at the Lena Horne Theatre, before returning to *Beetlejuice* on 3 November.
Known for her acclaimed performances in *Top Hat*, *Love Never Dies*, *Young Frankenstein*, *The Sound of Music* and *CATS*, **Strallen** joins the hit musical as Delia, the crystal-loving, self-help guru whose unconventional outlook brings plenty of chaos to the Deetz family.
Speaking about joining the company, **Summer Strallen** said: “I’m beyond excited to have the time of my afterlife this summer as I join the company of the West End’s most deliciously unhinged show, stepping into the delightfully deluded world of Delia. **Strallen** has enjoyed an extensive career across theatre, television and film, with recent stage credits including *The Magician's Elephant*, *What's in a Name?* and *Intra Muros*. *Beetlejuice The Musical* continues its West End run at the Prince Edward Theatre until 17 April 2027.
