Aaron Sorkin’s award-winning stage adaptation of *To Kill a Mockingbird* returns to London’s West End this summer, playing at Wyndham’s Theatre from 25 June to 12 September 2026. Richard Coyle reprises the role of Atticus Finch following the UK tour and his previous West End run. Tickets go on sale Friday 20 February at midday. ### **What is To Kill a Mockingbird about?** Set in 1934 Alabama during the Great Depression, *To Kill a Mockingbird* follows small-town lawyer Atticus Finch as he defends Tom Robinson, a Black man falsely accused of assault. As prejudice grips the community, Atticus attempts to uphold justice and moral integrity, while his children Scout and Jem witness the complexities of racism, empathy and courage. Through a child’s perspective, the story explores innocence confronted by injustice — and the cost of standing up for what is right.
