WICKED, the award-winning classic musical that tells the incredible untold story of the Witches of Oz, is proud to announce that the long-running West End production has received a TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence Award.

Now in its fifth year, the award celebrates excellence in hospitality and is given only to establishments that consistently achieve great reviews on TripAdvisor. Certificate of Excellence winners include accommodations, eateries and attractions located all over the world that have continually delivered a superior customer experience.

“Winning the TripAdvisor Certificate of Excellence is a true source of pride for the entire company of Wicked at London’s Apollo Victoria Theatre. We’d like to thank all of the theatregoers who took the time to complete such fantastic reviews on TripAdvisor,” said Executive Producer Michael McCabe. “There is no greater seal of approval than being recognised by our audiences and this accolade is a remarkable vote of confidence for the show and for the continued commitment to excellence from the cast, musicians and production team.”
"TripAdvisor is pleased to honour exceptional hospitality businesses that have received consistent praise and recognition by travellers on the site,” said Marc Charron, President, TripAdvisor for Business. “By putting a spotlight on businesses that are focused on delivering great service to customers, TripAdvisor not only helps drive increasing hospitality standards around the world, it also gives businesses both large and small the ability to shine and stand out from the competition.”
Acclaimed as “one of the greatest musicals of our time” (Daily Mail), “the Broadway hit has become one of the West End’s best-loved shows” (OfficialLondonTheatre) and is now the 10th longest-running show in the West End* and has already been seen by almost 7 million people and played over 3650 performances.
Wicked is also the first ever UK stage production to be Reader Recommended by both Good Housekeeping and Cosmopolitan magazines and was also recently awarded the 2015 ‘This Morning’ Audience Award, presented by the Olivier Awards with Mastercard. The coveted Audience Award is the only Olivier Award that is voted for by the theatregoing public. Wicked previously won the Olivier Audience Award in 2010
