Steven Webb

Born on 8th November 1984, Steven Michael Webb is an English actor in film, television and theatre. He started acting at the age of 8. When he was 10-years old, he took over the lead role in a London Palladium musical production of Oliver!. Steven enrolled in the Sylvia Young Theatre School, where he trained to become a theatre artist. During the 1996 Brit Awards, he appeared alongside Michael Jackson as a child actor. His most noteworthy theatre works include performing as Elder Mckinley in the West End run of The Book of Mormon and as Posner in the 2nd casting of The History Boys by Alan Bennett. He is also known for his television work, especially the BBC Series The Magician’s House. Steven has appeared in a few drama series and known for Wives and Daughters (1999), Bad Girls (1999) and The Inbetweeners (2008).

Awards:

In 2000, he won the Children and Young People International Emmy Award for his work in Magician’s House. 

Theatre:

Steven’s theatre credits include Twopence to Cross the Mersey (1993), A Midsummer Night’s Dream (2003), The Maids (2006), Sons of York (2008) and Lakeboat (2011). 

Film:

A Christmas Cracker (1998), Anything’s Possible (1999), Princess and the Pea (2002), To Kill a King (2003) and House of Boys (2010).

TV:

Sometime Never (1995), The Adventures of Paddington Bear (1997), Take a Girl Like You (2000), Peak Paradise (2001), After Sun (2006) and Beautality (2014). 

Other credits:

He voiced several notable characters such as Slightly’s in Peter Pan in Scarlet, Richard’s in Ah, Wilderness!, Will Parry’s in The Subtle Knife and Christopher Robin’s in Winnie The Pooh.
