We are experiencing a very high level of enquiries and it is currently taking us longer than we would like to respond.
If you are looking for details of the theatre's safety information for the show you have booked for, please check the event page on our website and our FAQs.
If you are contacting us regarding a show within the next 5 days please select "Existing booking for a show within the next 5 days" and we will endeavour to respond as soon as we can. For any non-urgent enquiries it may take us up to 10 days to respond.
For any cancelled performance we will endeavour to contact you by email and SMS as soon as we have information from the production and you do not need to contact us until we have contacted you.
If you are unable to attend a show because a member of your party is self-isolating you can claim a refund if you have purchased booking protection (please follow the instructions on how to make a claim) otherwise we may be able to exchange your tickets for another performance but we cannot guarantee this.
