Nathan Lorainey-Dineen is a professional actor, specialising in musical theatre. He is currently playing the role of an ensemble in & Juliet.
Nathan completed a 2-year Musical Theatre course from Tring Park School for the Performing Arts in 2015. He later went to the Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts for a 3-year degree in Musical Theatre, graduating in 2018.
His credits in theatre include ensemble and cover Marvin in Motown by Adam Spiegel Productions at the Shaftesbury Theatre (2018); ensemble 1st cover May/2nd cover Francois in & Juliet by Luke Sheppard in Manchester (Green Light Stage, 2019); ensemble 1st cover May/2nd cover Francois in & Juliet by Luke Sheppard (Green Light Stage, 2020).
While training at Mountview, his works on stage included Nell Gwyn by Rodger Hart, where he played Lord Arlington (2017); King Lear by Darren Lawrence, playing Kent (2017); The Secret Garden by Erica Gould, playing Colin (2017); Guys And Dolls by Darren Lawrence, playing Benny/dance captain (2017); ensemble/dance captain in Dirty Rotten Scoundrels by Julie Atherton (2017).
He played the part of Hugo in the Bollywood film Angrezi Medium, directed by Homi Adajania (2019).
On television, he appeared as a choir member in ITV’s Michael Ball And Alfie Boe TV Special (2017) and Gala At The London Palladium (2017).
Nathan has also appeared in Magic At The Musicals by Jon Ranger (MD) at the Royal Albert Hall (2017); Choir in Michael Ball And Alfie Boe At The 02 Arena (2017); backing vocalist in Emma Hatton Concert At The Hippodrome (2018).
