Harry Hepple

Harry Hepple is a famous British actor and musician. He was born as David Hepple on 26th September 1983 in Sunderland, England. He made his professional debut in 2006, immediately after his graduation, performing with Christine Bottomley and Rafe Spall in Alaska at the Royal Court Theater. He then appeared alongside Michelle Dockery, Rory Kinnear and Ciarán Hinds in Burnt By The Sun. Harry is also a Member of the National Youth Theatre.

 

Training:

He went to the Royal Academy of Music and graduated in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Acting.

His roles in theatre shows include Russell in Alaska at the Royal Court in 2006; Wheeler in I Caught Crabs In Walberswick at the Bush Theatre in 2007; Lapin in Burnt By The Sun at the National Theatre in 2009; Gil in Been So Long at the Young Vic in 2009; Ross in Jump at the Live Theatre in 2009; Chip in 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee at the Donmar Warehouse in 2010; Polo in Hot Mess at the Arcola Theatre in 2011; the title role in Pippin at the Menier Chocolate Factory from 2011 to 2012; Quince in A Midsummer Night’s Dream at Regent’s Park in 2013; Charles in Privates On Parade at the Nöel Coward Theatre in 2013; Lennox in Macbeth at the Shakespeare’s Globe in 2013; Neil/Shug in The Lightning Child at the Shakespeare’s Globe in 2013, and Geoff in A Taste Of Honey at the National Theatre in 2014. He is currently playing Cornelius Hackl in Hello Dolly!.

TV:

Harry also appeared in various television programmes such as BBC’s Inspector George Gently in 2009; E4’s Misfits in 2011; BBC’s Hustle in 2012 and Holby City in 2013, and Tiger Aspect’s Boy Meets Girl from 2015 to 2016.
