Will Haswell is a young professional actor in the London theatre scene. He is currently playing Dave McFly in Back To The Future The Musical.
He trained at the Laine Theatre Arts for a Diploma in Musical Theatre, starting from 2009 and graduating in 2012.
In the past few years, Will has appeared on various stages in musicals like Oliver by Ray Jeffrey as the Artful Dodger; Some Like It Hot by Tudor Davis as Jerry/Daphne; 42nd Street Gala by Carole Todd/Matt Flint as an ensemble at The Palladium (2013); Mamma Mia by Phyllida Lloyd as an ensemble and understudying Pepper (2012); Anything Goes by Mitch Sebastian as an ensemble at the Kilworth House (2013); the UK tour of Shrek The Musical (2014/2015) by Nigel Harman as Pinocchio; Jersey Boys by Des Mcanuff as Joe Pesci/understudy Frankie Valli at the Piccadilly Theatre (2016); The Braille Legacy by Thom Southerland as a featured ensemble at The Charing Cross Theatre (2017); the UK tour of Our House by James Tobias as Lewis and understudying Joe Casey (2017); The Book Of Mormon by Trey Parker/Casey Nicholaw as an ensemble (2018); Sweet Charity by Josie Rourke as an ensemble at the Donmar Warehouse (2019); Grease by Nikolai Foster as Johnny Casion/understudy Danny Zuko (2019).
Will’s work in pantomime includes playing ensemble and an understudy Dame in Aladdin by Simon Aylin; ensemble and understudy Dame in Sleeping Beauty by Michael Fentiman; Dick in Dick Whittington by Nik Ashton (Qdos, 2013); Prince in Sleeping Beauty at the Beck Theatre (Qdos, 2019).
He appeared in a Marks & Spencer Christmas commercial as Dancing Santa Claus and was part of the 2013 workshop for Defect by Steven Paling as Pete.
