Step back in time with Fourteen Again, a new musical comedy featuring much-loved songs by Victoria Wood and a book by Tom MacRae, writer of the West End hit Everybody’s Talking About Jamie. Following a sell-out world premiere at the Victoria Wood Theatre in Bowness-on-Windermere, the show comes to the Menier Chocolate Factory this November.

What is Fourteen Again about?

Peggy is recently divorced and feeling lost in life when a chance meeting with her long-lost childhood best friend, Lou, makes her reflect on the trials and triumphs of their teenage years.

But when Peggy wakes up to discover she is literally fourteen again, thinking about the past becomes a whole lot more complicated. Suddenly given the chance to revisit her teenage years, Peggy must work out which mistakes she needs to fix if she wants to get her present back.

Packed with twists and turns, tears and plenty of laughs, Fourteen Again is a funny and heartfelt musical about friendship, growing up, second chances and wondering what might have happened if you could do it all again.
