Four-time Olivier Award nominee Summer Strallen is heading to the Netherworld, joining the cast of Beetlejuice The Musical as the eccentric and endlessly optimistic Delia Deetz for a strictly limited engagement in the West End.
Strallen will take over the role from Aimie Atkinson from 3 August until 2 November 2026 at the Prince Edward Theatre. Atkinson will temporarily leave the production to make her Broadway debut, reprising her Olivier Award-nominated performance as Katherine Howard in SIX at the Lena Horne Theatre, before returning to Beetlejuice on 3 November.
Known for her acclaimed performances in Top Hat, Love Never Dies, Young Frankenstein, The Sound of Music and CATS, Strallen joins the hit musical as Delia, the crystal-loving, self-help guru whose unconventional outlook brings plenty of chaos to the Deetz family.

Strallen has enjoyed an extensive career across theatre, television and film, with recent stage credits including The Magician's Elephant, What's in a Name? and Intra Muros. Beetlejuice The Musical continues its West End run at the Prince Edward Theatre until 17 April 2027.
