Meet the Current Cast

Who plays Elder Price in The Book of Mormon?

Leading the show as the ambitious and overconfident Elder Price is Declan Egan. Elder Price is a missionary who dreams of being sent to Orlando but finds himself in Uganda instead. Some of **Declan Egan'**s previous credits include Corny Collins in the Hairspray UK tour and Bob Gaudio in Jersey Boys West-End.

Who plays Elder Cunningham in The Book of Mormon?

Taking on the role of Elder Cunningham, the awkward yet lovable companion to Elder Price, is Conner Peirson. Peirson has played the role on multiple international tours, earning praise for his comedic brilliance and heartfelt performance. He also played another loveable loser, Seymour in Little Shop of Horrors. Elder Cunningham struggles with confidence and often exaggerates stories to make himself seem more interesting, a trait that Peirson delivers with charm and humour.

Who plays Nabulungi in The Book of Mormon?

Playing the role of Nabulungi, the hopeful and kind-hearted Ugandan local, is Regan-Bailey Walker. Her previous credits include Evita! at the London Palladium directed by Jamie Lloyd, The Sound of Music (Leicester Curve) and has appeared in Eastenders.

Who plays Elder McKinley in The Book of Mormon?

Tom Bales steps into the role of Elder McKinley, the enthusiastic yet deeply repressed missionary leader. Elder McKinley is known for his show-stopping number “Turn It Off,” which addresses his internal struggles in an increasingly manic way. This is a role Bales is already familiar with, as he also played McKinley for The Book of Mormon UK & International tour.

Who plays Mafala Hatimbi in The Book of Mormon?

As Mafala Hatimbi, the protective father of Nabulungi, Kirk Patterson's character serves as a guide to the missionaries, explaining life in Uganda while maintaining a skeptical view of their teachings. Patterson has also toured with The Book of Mormon across the UK and internationally. Other theatre credits include Dreamgirls (Savoy) and The Lion King* *(Lyceum).

Who plays Joseph Smith in The Book of Mormon?

**Will Barratt **plays multiple roles, including the historical figure Joseph Smith and the big man himself, Jesus. His previous credits include Price's Dad/Mission President in The Book of Mormon UK & International tour, alternate Jean Valjean/Courfeyrac in Les Miserables (Sondheim and UK/International tour) and Jesus Christ Superstar (Regent's Park Open Air Theatre).

Who plays The General in The Book of Mormon?

Matthew Elliot-Campbell plays the fearsome and larger-than-life (but also, incredibly, the real-life) General - the main antagonist of the musical. He also plays Satan - who’s only slightly less evil. Elliot-Campbell is a commanding performer with a strong presence, making his portrayal of The General both intimidating and farcical. His dual role adds to the production’s dynamic energy, making his performance unforgettable. His previous stage credits include Hamilton, The Choir of Man and Beautiful
