delightful theatre. finding the vacant/engaged signs in the Stalls Ladies was extremely difficult and the toilets failed to flush at interval. the bag check at the front of the theatre while completely necessary and understood, blocked the entrance for those of us who had no bag/s so a staff member guiding the check in proceedings could be an idea (?). I was somewhat surprised to find that I would be charged for collecting my ticket at the box office. I think that is a bit cheeky to be honest.
