Eugene O’Hare’s The Weatherman
There is a storm coming and tomorrow’s forecast is getting more and more bleak.
Beezer and O’Rourke share a scuzzy flat in London, they are social outcasts and they are having trouble scraping enough money together for the rent. The only thing keeping them going is the vicious banter of their dysfunctional friendship.
When their sketchy landlord presents a solution that seems too good to be true, the men have trouble turning him down. What could be the harm in taking care of a package? Just take care of it for a few months and don’t worry about the rent, heck, he’ll throw in some spending money. Doesn’t sound too bad until it turns out the package isn’t a package so much as a person.
How will the duo deal with selling out at such a price and what will happen as their consciences become laden? It feels like a storm is blowing in…
