Patrick Barlow, writer of the Olivier winning West End smash hit 39 Steps, directs a staggering Nativity play, The Messiah, starring Hugh Dennis, Lesley Garrett, and John Marquez 3 stars of UK stage and screen.
A weary travelling theatre troupe comprised of two actors and an opera singer arrive by camel to the ancient city of London prepared to tell the greatest story ever. A cast of three embody a multitude of the world’s most well-known characters. Mary and Joseph, God and the archangel Gabriel, Herod and the ox come to the stage. This ridiculous and heavenly comedy is the perfect way to celebrate the Christmas season!
