The Tour was excellent - the organisation and collecting my tickets was a nightmare! My tickets didn't arrive by post and no one told us we had to collect them from Golden Tours before hand. The guys from Goldens Tours turned up late and was less than helpful saying we weren't on any list so he didn't have our tickets, 40 mins later he found that he'd left them on the bus! No apology for explanation just handed an envelope as he walked off! Very disappointed with the level of service. It was such a shame because otherwise the tour was fantastic and after the rough start we had a fantastic day!

Brilliant tour for Harry Potter fans!

Pierrick Pescher11th June

The Studios were absolutely amazing! What a shame we didn't have enough time and had to rush through the end to catch the bus... One more hour would have been perfect! Also, if you're willing to buy things from the shops, it could be wise to apply for a mortgage first!

Really good day out, definitely value for money with travel to and from included in the ticket price with Golden Tours although it's easy to spend extra money throughout the day - if you're taking children/young adults set a budget beforehand!) We didn't queue for long to get into the exhibition once arrived at 9am and the staff were friendly and clearly fellow HP fans and enthusiasts. Well worth a second visit!

Great day out...although the 'add on's' such as photos and videos were priced rather high.

Lucy McLaughlin20th February

Absolutely brilliant day out. Well worth the ticket price although added extras such as broomstick video/photo's a bit on the expensive side but these are optional extras. Very friendly staff. Absolutely loved every minute of our visit.

What a fantastic day out. Would thoroughly recommend even if you are not a HP fan.

The tour was great. The coaches were on time and well-organised. I liked the fact a Harry Potter film was screened on the bus but it would have been better if it had been a different film on the return journey! Proximity of embarkation and drop-off point to Victoria station was so convenient. Would definitely go again.
