Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is an adaptation of the 1968 musical film starring Dick Van Dyke and Sally Ann Howes.
With the much-loved classic songs with the characters you know and love, the eccentric inventor Caractacus Potts, his children Jeremy and Jemima, and Truly Scrumptious singing the songs, ‘Truly Scrumptious’, ‘Hushabye Mountain’ and ‘Chitty Chitty Bang Bang’.
Chitty Chitty Bang Bang is currently playing at the Watermill Theatre in Bagnor, Newbury for the Summer until 13th September.

The musical follows an a down-on-his-luck inventor named Caractacus Potts, full of character and a vision, he buys a wrecked Grand Prix racecar. He then transforms the car into a flying car, Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. The family embark on a trip in the car, and get swept into a magical adventure to save their grandfather in the land of Vulgaria.
