Celebrated journalist and television star Dorothy Kilgallen is unsatisfied and begins to chase the biggest story of her career. Her investigation leads from Hollywood to the White House, from the Kennedy dynasty to the New Orleans underworld — and towards a web of connections between some of the most powerful and dangerous figures in America.

But someone wants Dorothy to stop asking questions. And as the threats move ever closer to home, uncovering the truth could cost her everything.
