Jacob McIntosh is a 24-year-old professional actor, dancer and singer. Although born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, he has lived in London since his childhood.
He did a 3-year course at D&B School of Performing Arts, graduating with a degree in Musical Theatre in July 2014. He was the Head Boy there.
Jacob has presented himself in various roles in theatre, giving remarkable performances to the spectators. Some of his credits are Mowgli in John Clarke’s The Jungle Book at CYTO (2006); Billy in Neil Reynolds’ Back To The ’80s at The Barn Theatre (2008); Eugene in Grease at the D&B Performing Arts (2012); an Ensemble and 1st Cover Captain Hook in Alison Pollard’s Peter Pan at The Churchill Theatre (2012-13); Ensemble/1st Cover King & Nurse Nell in Alison Pollard’s Sleeping Beauty at The Churchill Theatre (2014-15); Duane in Laura Kate Harvey’s Hairspray at The Regent Theatre, Stoke (2015); Seaweed in Joel & Malcolm’s Hairspray at The Crewe Lyceum Theatre (2015); Ensemble and 1st Cover Peter Pan in Jamie Alexander Wilson’s Peter Pan at The Stag Theatre, Sevenoaks, and Ensemble/Dance Captain in Jamie Alexander Wilson’s Aladdin at the Grove Theatre (2016-17).
He also has television credits to his name, having appeared as a Contestant in BBC’s The Saturday Show (2001); Voiceover Artist in Mat King’s ML High (2009-10); Gordon The Greek in Mat King’s ML High (2009-10) and Daniel The Singing Waiter in Sarah Walker’s Dates (2013).
His other credits include Featured Summer Camp Pupil in E4’s Beaver Falls (commercial, 2011); Student in a College Commercial Shoot for Cranford College (2011); Featured Crowd Member in Cher Lloyd’s With Ur Love music video (2011); Teenager in Bar Fight Photoshoot (Mark Griffiths Photography, 2014) and Gang Member/Casualty in a British Red Cross Photoshoot (2015).
