The Great Irish Songbook, their first release for Rounder Records, brought the band together with over a dozen top artists across an eclectic variety of genres. The album features Steve Earle, Rhiannon Giddens, Vince Gill, Brendan Gleeson, David Gray, Kate Rusby, The Steel Drivers and Abigail Washburn, among others. Really enjoyed Dervish. I felt the sound was better after the interval. Perhaps they wanted to start slowly, and get louder as the evening went on.
