The UK premiere of Death Takes a Holiday at the Charing Cross theatre, a follow-up to Titanic. Including music and lyrics by Maury Yeston and book by multi Tony Award winners Peter Stone and Thomas Meehan. Directed by Thom Sutherland.

In Northern Italy, just after the First World War, Death disguises himself for a young good-looking prince, and all this to find out why on Earth, life is so precious and death is so feared. But then he unexpectedly falls in love... A newly engaged young woman wins his heart, and as a result he finds out that love may actually be stronger than death.

The story is based on the 1928 Italian play Death Takes a Holiday, which served as an inspiration to Meet Joe Black, film starring Brad Pitt.

Death Takes a Holiday was nominated for 11 Drama Desk Awards after its Off Broadway premiere in 2011.
