This Cinderella pantomime is the perfect fit for the holiday season!
The Lyric Hammersmith's annual pantomime event is now celebrating its 11th consecutive year after its inaugural panto production in 2009 with Ché Walker, Joel Horwood, Morgan Lloyd Malcolm, and Richard Bean's highly successful Jack and the Beanstalk, in which Stephen Fry lent his voice as the giant. The annual Lyric Hammersmith pantomime has also seen the likes of Mel Giedroyc, Vikki Stone and Stevie Webb.
Now the latest panto production is set to take the London theatre scene by storm. Cinderella directed by Tinuke Craig stars Timmika Ramsay in her pantomime debut as Cinderella alongside Gabriel Fleary as Bob the Prince, Jodie Jacobs as Buttons, Lauren Samuels as Popsy, Mairi Barclay as Topsy, Rhys Taylor as Fairy Fredbare, and Shobna Gulati as Madame Meanie.
The cast is completed by ensemble members Bradley Bryant, Carla Reid, Jessica Manu, Jon Alderson, Melanie Joyce-Ashurst, and Rachel Shobande.
The production features Jude Christian as returning panto playwright, having last co-written and directed last year's Dick Whittington. Cinderella also features choreography by Shelley Maxwell, sound design by Lorna Munden, lighting design by Joshua Pharo, design by Frankie Bradshaw, musical direction by Jo Cichonska, and casting by Will Burton.
