Pinter 6 tickets are now available for the Harold Pinter Theatre! Pinter 6: Party Time/Celebration is coming to the West End!
A scathing and bitterly amusing attack on the increasingly powerful and narcissistic super-rich, set against the backdrop of terrifying state oppression, the highly pertinent Party Time is paired with Harold Pinter’s final play, Celebration.
Celebration is an irresistible comedy about the vulgarity and ostentatious materialism of the nouveau riche, set in a fashionable London restaurant. An evening of social satire that chimes with our times, directed by Jamie Lloyd.
Cast includes Ron Cook, Phil Davis, Celia Imrie, Gary Kemp, Katherine Kingsley, Eleanor Matsuura, Tracy-Ann Oberman, Abraham Popoola and John Simm.

Party time and Celebration were 2 short plays. Both played by the same actors. The plays were interesting. They got straight to the stories. The actors were very engaging and there was never a dull moment. With a sense of humour.

Excellent in every way. Unfortunately my seat (front of upper circle) had a rail across which made viewing rather difficult.

two good short plays. very good cast and well performed. interesting
The acting was superb! Had a great evening, good seats, lovely theatre. Price of drinks are breathtakingly overpriced.

Party Time was a little heavy with it's allegorical message and low on laughs for a comedy. Celebration was sharp, ascerbic and pitched at a level that made the whole theatre laugh.
Awesome! A truly sterling cast - I knew beforehand John Simm would feature, but there were a few delightful surprises (I'm mostly looking at you, Phil Davis). The second part, Celebration, had me crying with laughter from start to finish. I had forgotten just how funny Pinter can be.
