What is Winsome Pinnock's One Under about?
Cyrus is a Tube train driver. Sonny takes a leap in front of it. Determined to uncover the facts behind this tragic incident and the victim's motives for self-destruction, Cyrus faces the grim possibility that perhaps all roads lead to him. This bone-chilling drama about a seemingly innocent Tube driver becoming trapped in a dark tunnel of truths after experiencing his first 'one under' will keep you on the edge of your seat from start to finish while its unsettling conclusion will stay with you long after the curtain falls.

It was a good play to watch. The acting was very good but the ending was a bit of a mystery!

Interesting, made you think about the subject matter, how it affects the people round them and made you come to your own conclusion.

Had been looking forward to the play after hearing interesting discussion on Radio 4/Front Row. Was dIsappointed though. Very good acting by Evelyn Oyedokun and Shenagh Govan. Did not find Reece Pantry convincing in the role which, to be fair, was somewhat ambiguous. The basic storyline is an interesting one, full of possibilities for real dramatic impact but there were too many inconclusive threads and it felt laboured in parts.
