Gloria Estefan musical On Your Feet! will be on the London stage next summer

It's time for hoochie coochie! The hit 2015 Broadway musical about Emilio and Gloria Estefan is set to conga its way to the London Coliseum next year following a seven-performance run at Curve, Leicester. Are you ready for the critically acclaimed Tina Turner musical's spicy Latina twin?

The musical follows the Estefans as they leave Cuba and live on the streets of Miami before catapulting their way into stardom. Their story of fame is accompanied by some of the Estefans' greatest hits including 'Conga', 'Get On Your Feet', 'Rhythm is Gonna Get You', '1-2-3', and 'Don't Want To Lose You Now' that will have you dancing the night away!

Gloria Estefan admitted that the UK has always played an important role in her musical history and that she couldn't be more excited to have her lifestory play out on the West End stage.

On Your Feet! will be directed by Jerry Mitchell, the same director who brought you Kinky Boots and Hairspray. The Broadway production was nominated for Best Choreography at the Tony Awards and enjoyed a two-year run before closing in 2017. The show is accompanied with a book by Alexander Dinelaris and features choreography by Olivier Award-winning Sergio Trujillo (Jersey Boys).

On Your Feet! is confirmed to run for a limited time at London's Coliseum next year and will premiere on 14 June 2019. Tickets go on sale on Monday, 21 May 2018. Book your tickets sharpish and get ready to dance to the Cuban beat!
